SECURITY SCAM ALERT

5/19/2010 - A & E has been receiving calls about residential solicitations from a company who purports to be ADT. They further tell customers that A & E has recently been bought by ADT and that the customer can have a FREE alarm update, if they will just update their billing paperwork.

We have heard reports of these folks purporting to be from other alarm companies, or claim that GE or Honeywell (equipment providers) own ADT and upgrades and being done by the direction of GE or Honeywell.
