When I attempt to browse or shop the Online Store, I get error messages. What is causing this problem?
In some cases, this will in fact be due to user error, in which case the nature of the error and its remedy will be explained to you. Meanwhile we occasionally experience difficulties with our database server that cause the system to "timeout." When this occurs it is not due to any errors on the user's part, and has no effect on the security or stability of your effort to browse the store or make a purchase. If you are informed of such an error, simply reload the page (Control-R on Windows, Option-R on Macintosh) and continue your browsing.
The "timeout" problems will be resolved as soon as possible.
